Wardogs

Originally part of the Battlestar Archon's fighter wing, the Wardogs are a relatively new addition to the 11th, and filled a much-needed role with the Hestia's redesignation as a tactical reconaissance and early warning platform. They've developed an intense rivalry with the Furies that's mellowed considerably since Warday. Several of the fleet's most promising raptor pilots and countermeasures officers were assigned to the Wardogs, though a good portion of them were lost during a botched reconaissance mission on PHD 23.
